By accessing or using CloudWRT's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

CloudWRT provides cloud-based management platform for OpenWRT and OpenWiFi devices, including:

• Device monitoring and management
• Configuration management and deployment
• Analytics and reporting
• API access and integrations
• Technical support (as per plan)

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with service operation or other users
• Use services for illegal activities
• Resell services without authorization

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Free Tier

Free tier includes management of up to 10 devices with basic features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier with 30 days notice.

5.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 30 days of billing for refund requests.

6. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of your data. By using our services, you grant us license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We will:

• Protect your data with industry-standard security
• Not sell your personal information
• Provide data export functionality
• Delete your data upon account termination (subject to legal retention requirements)

7. Service Level Agreement

For paid plans, we target 99.9% uptime. Service credits may be available for downtime exceeding this threshold. SLA details are available in your account dashboard.

8. Intellectual Property

CloudWRT and its licensors own all rights to the platform, software, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Illegal activities
• Threat to service security or stability

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

11. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudWRT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CloudWRT against claims arising from your use of services, violation of terms, or infringement of rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in San Francisco, California courts.
